About the Ranch

The Semotan Ranch is located in Clark, Colorado. The barn on the Semotan Ranch was once used as the Long Gulch School House. The ranch was bought in 1958 and owes its success to the women of the family who helped pave the way in the Quarter Horse Industry and did not give up during the tough times. The ranch is still owned by the same family. Images of the Semotans and the historic Semotan Ranch can be found at the Tread of Pioneers Museum.
