About the Ranch

The Gay Ranch is located at the Tail Waters of the Stagecoach Marina. Once running all the way through the Pleasant Valley, this ranch has an unlimited number of stories to tell. This ranch worked hard to grow hay and raise cattle in one of the most extreme climates in Routt County. Although the ranch has gone down in size, the passion that this family has for the ranch never will.
